Celebrate 40 years of the Abilene Outdoor SculpTOUR weekend with multiple exhibition openings and new contemporary sculptures along the North 1st Street railroad tracks. Every other year, the Abilene Cultural Affairs Council hosts this special weekend along with its art partners.

5-6 pm - Opening reception for McMurry University art exhibit with LaGina Fairbetter in the Amy Graves Ryan Fine Arts Center, East Foyer, 1642 Sayles Blvd.

6-7:30 pm - Opening reception for Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition at the Center for Contemporary Art featuring artists Tim Glover, Carter Ernst, Paul Kittelson and Joe Barrington. Center artist on exhibit Kevin Stanford in the main gallery.
