Tamasha la wa Africa!! (Celebration of Africa)

Join us between 4 and 7 pm Saturday, Sept. 25 for Tamasha la wa Africa—a celebration of the music, dance, art, cuisine, and culture of Africa and the African community in Abilene. The event will begin and conclude with hour-long concerts at 4 and 6pm in the church building by members of Heavenly Rest's Swahili congregation and special guests. At 5pm, visit the courtyard for dance, craftwork, and other cultural demonstrations.
