Aimed at the homeschooling community in the Abilene area, Art Smarts is a great program designed for tweens and teens with an interest in the arts. Attend this second session of the month at your Mockingbird Branch where we’ll be learning about Salvador Dali, a renowned Spanish surrealist artist known for his technical skill, precise draftsmanship, and the striking and bizarre images in his work. After learning about his style, we’ll get hands-on with making our own surreal piece of art, all materials supplied. Come out ready to create some art in this fun STEAM activity.
