We harken back to the days of the ACU Theatre FireStation Productions
of the ’90s as we bring back our Student Direct. The challenge for our
student director and team is to tell these quirky, punch-drunk love stories
with a challenge! ACU Theatre students will have a limited budget and
simple unit elements to create magic on the stage. The educational
idea is that with limitations, creativity blooms. Almost, Maine is a play by
John Cariani, comprising nine short plays that explore love and loss in a
remote, mythical almost-town called Almost, Maine.
